Historical Photos

Our recently renovated museum. This Railroad Depot was moved from Weskan, KS, just 20 miles west of Wallace
The Pond Creek Stage Station, greatly in need of repair, is located on the museum grounds.
The Section House for the Railroad. Built in 1879. This cenotaph was erected by calvary members in honor of their fallen comrades. It is located in the center of the Fort Wallace Cemetery. The Sunderland-Poe Building is the newest of the museum buildings and contains the largest of our exhibits, including Conestoga Wagon replicas, wagons, and farm implements.
